How long does it take to ship?
All portraits ship within 3-4 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for Ground Shipping is between 5-7 days and 1-2 days for Express Shipping

Do you send preview prior to purchase?
These portraits take our artists several hours to complete so a preview before purchase is not possible. However, we have several example images for you to browse through to get an idea of what your portrait would look like.
Can you combine multiple photos into one portrait?
Yes, we can combine multiple photos into one portrait. For combined portraits we charge an additional fee of $15 per photo. Simply send us an email to orders@homehaps.com with the images you were thinking of combining and the size you would like and we'll send you a custom order.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, no worries! Please send us an email to orders@homehaps.com within 24 hours of ordering with your updated address! Please note, we cannot guarantee the address will take effect.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do ship to PO boxes however we cannot ship to just a PO box number so please provide the street address of your post office in the format listed below:

If we receive just a PO box number as your address, we will send you an email to retrieve your updated address.
How long after I purchase do I have to report a missing, defective or damaged item?
In the event that your item was defective, damaged or lost in the mail we honor replacements within a 14 day window of the posted delivery date. For defective items, please send the images of the damaged areas along with images of the box to orders@homehaps.com with your order number.
